As an HR professional, I initially come form a traditional background as I studied employment/social law and HR practices in France. After a few years working in Paris, I moved to New York City where I studied US HR practices at New York University.
Back in Europe, I started working for an international law firm, Ashurst LLP, in their Paris and later London offices. London, where I stayed 14 years, developing and pushing my career,
My last full time employed role was Global head of HR for Stephenson Harwood, supporting the firm in their growth strategy and the ever changing market and people needs/demand (and going through Covid). From leading a team to projet managing (local to global complex change management projects) or dealing with ER or coaching leaders/managers to have the relevant conversations with their people or building a business or presenting to global leaders a new reward approach or supporting the teams, not a day has been the same.
Overall, more than 20 years HR experience including 17 years in international law firms, based in France and the UK, leading and supporting global teams as well as providing advice to several offices across Europe, the Middle East and Asia and leading projects.
I have always been passionate about my job and HR in general. After many years as an employee, it was time for the next chapter: starting a new challenge in a new location. This is why I created Humanegic Ltd.
